Pleasant Grove sits in the north-central part of Utah County in north-central Utah, nestled at the western base of the Wasatch Range and along the eastern shore of Utah Lake. To the south and east, Provo Canyon opens up within about 20 minutes of the city, leading toward Bridal Veil Falls, the alpine resort community of Sundance, and a string of trailheads and campgrounds. And just to the west, the broad waters of Utah Lake provide a different kind of recreation, with boating, fishing, and shoreline parks within minutes of most parts of town.

Pleasant Grove's appeal for short-term rental owners comes from the way it blends a calm, residential setting with easy access to the region's biggest draws. Guests can be at Timpanogos Cave in under half an hour, at Thanksgiving Point in minutes, on the slopes at Sundance in under an hour, or in downtown Salt Lake City in roughly 45 minutes.
