Seal Cove Regulations

STRs are effectively permitted citywide with no documented local caps, permits, or inspections—investors face only statewide tax registration (9% Vacation Rental Tax) and baseline zoning/safety compliance, keeping costs and complexity low. However, the absence of an explicit licensing path creates some ambiguity and requires extra diligence to confirm zoning and recordkeeping, and a new local ordinance could increase burdens.
