Generally Investor friendly
STRs are explicitly permitted citywide with a clear, low-cost licensing path ($50 initial, $25 renewal), no caps or geographic limits, and defined health/safety standards. The main burdens are routine state/health inspections and annual renewals, which are manageable for a disciplined investor.
