Colonial Beach Regulations

STRs are explicitly permitted citywide with clear, low-cost permits ($50) and annual renewal, but moderate operational rules (occupancy caps, on-site parking, inspections, 1-hour designee response, event limits in some zones, and HOA opt-outs) and basic tax compliance add management burden.
