Generally Investor friendly
STRs are explicitly allowed citywide under standard building, zoning, and occupancy rules, with no ban or citywide cap identified. Investors must complete standard building permits, inspections, and obtain a Certificate of Occupancy before operating, plus register for state (6%) and any local Hotel Occupancy Tax—moderate burden but predictable and manageable.
