Grapevine Regulations

STRs are nearly prohibited—single‑family and non‑residential units are banned, and only a narrow path exists for multifamily complexes in specific zones (≥50 units, ≥500 ft from single‑family, 3% unit cap, 180‑day cap) requiring City Council conditional use, inspections, and strict ongoing compliance.
