Very Investor friendly
Short‑term rentals are permitted citywide with no city or county permits or fees; investors need only follow Texas state law and hotel occupancy tax obligations, often handled automatically by platforms. There are no local caps, spacing limits, or costly inspections, and the lack of municipal rules avoids extra compliance burdens. This keeps legal clarity high and compliance straightforward for investors.
