Short-term rentals are permitted through hotel/motel frameworks, requiring business licenses, hotel/motel and sales tax registration, and compliance with building/fire/health codes and zoning; costs and complexity are moderate with no caps or bans, though the lack of a dedicated STR ordinance creates some compliance uncertainty.
