Troutdale is a small city in Multnomah County, Oregon, situated at the western entrance to the Columbia River Gorge, just east of the Portland metro area. Nature lovers also appreciate Oxbow Regional Park, a Metro-owned park about 10 miles east of Troutdale where the Sandy River meets the Columbia.
