Klamath Falls Regulations

Klamath Falls explicitly permits STRs citywide with a straightforward ministerial permit and business license ($200 first year; $50 annual renewal) and simple inspections. The rules are clear and enforcement is consistent, but the 10% density cap within 250 feet, two-unit-per-property limit, and non-transferable permits add moderate constraints that modestly raise investor risk but remain manageable.
