Westerville Regulations

STRs are permitted in Westerville with no STR‑specific licensing, permits, fees, or caps identified; only general codes (noise, property maintenance) and possible local bed tax apply. This low compliance burden and supportive tone keep it accessible for investors, though a draft ordinance creates moderate regulatory uncertainty.
