Generally Investor friendly
Corning allows STRs citywide with no city-specific licensing requirements or meaningful caps, creating a welcoming environment for investors. The primary compliance burden comes from New York's new statewide registry (effective March 2025) and 4% occupancy tax collection, which are moderate but manageable requirements that don't significantly deter investment.
