STRs are explicitly permitted citywide under clear regulations, but require a Short-Term Rental Operating Permit and compliance with safety codes and occupancy limits, with a 120-day annual cap for standard STRs. While Enhanced STRs allow unlimited days, they are restricted to RU zoning with additional permits, indicating moderate permitting complexity. The structured penalties and detailed requirements suggest a manageable but not overly burdensome process for investors.
