Generally Investor friendly
Short-term rentals are explicitly allowed and regulated through a straightforward online permit, standard safety and zoning checks, and clear tax obligations (GRT and lodgers’ tax). No explicit caps are mentioned, and compliance is procedural rather than prohibitive. Enforcement is active but not overly burdensome, keeping investor risk manageable.
