Generally Investor friendly
Woodbine permits short‑term rentals, as evidenced by numerous active Airbnb listings, and the only known requirements are basic safety compliance and tax registration typical of New Jersey municipalities, with no caps or bans reported. The lack of detailed city‑specific licensing information introduces some uncertainty, but the moderate compliance burden and absence of restrictive caps make the environment friendly for investors.
