Sea Isle City Regulations

STRs are explicitly allowed citywide with straightforward annual licensing and a self‑inspection model at $150/unit (late fee $200); penalties are sizable but standard and rules are clear. No apparent caps on units, and the city’s supportive tourism framing keeps barriers moderate; only minor burdens are the local contact requirement and occupancy restrictions for certain groups.
