Ringwood Regulations

Short-term rentals are allowed in Ringwood with clear requirements and no stated caps. A borough landlord registration, a fire-safety compliance certificate valid for six months, and state occupancy tax registration comprise the core steps—moderate but manageable. The fire inspection renewal and lack of STR-specific licensing add some burden, but the borough’s process is straightforward and not actively hostile to STRs.
