Generally Investor friendly
Beach Haven explicitly permits short‑term rentals citywide, maintains a supportive tone, and imposes no caps, but investors must complete an annual landlord registration, a per‑unit fire‑safety inspection, carry $500 k liability insurance, and comply with state tax and lead‑paint rules—steps that are clear and manageable but add moderate permitting cost and operational oversight.
