Absecon Regulations

Short‑term rentals are explicitly permitted citywide with a defined licensing path, but they require multiple steps (Rental Property Permit, inspection, Transient Accommodation License) and moderate costs ($500 license + $100 inspection), making compliance more than trivial. There are no apparent caps on licenses or units, and enforcement appears routine rather than punitive, so the framework is supportive yet procedurally moderate.
