Darby Regulations

STRs are explicitly permitted without caps, but require a $100 health plan review, building/fire permits and inspections, and a modest annual public-sleeping-accommodation license fee ($40–$160). The process is known and the fees are low, yet the multi‑agency approvals (RCEH, building, fire) and health inspections introduce moderate compliance complexity.
