International Falls Regulations

International Falls explicitly allows short‑term rentals as principal or accessory uses across residential, commercial and mixed‑use districts (with industrial areas still reviewed for compatibility). Licensing is straightforward—zoning confirmation, routine building/fire‑life‑safety compliance, state lodging/sales tax registration, and optional local registration—no hard caps or overly burdensome fees are identified. The tone is supportive and the approval pathway is predictable, making the regulatory environment highly investor‑friendly.
