Challenging to Investors
Regulatory uncertainty for Davison itself combined with the restrictive Flushing Township model—requiring permits, a local 24/7 contact, a 14‑day maximum stay, and one unit per parcel—creates a moderate compliance burden and caps that make the market challenging for investors.
