Cadillac Regulations

Cadillac allows STRs in select commercial zones (B‑2 and B‑3, the latter via special use), plus several C‑districts with site‑plan approval, but requires multi‑step permitting, biennial inspections, and tight operational rules (max 89‑day stays, strict occupancy/parking, management availability). The process is clearly defined but relatively burdensome, and permits can be revoked for code or operational lapses—creating moderate investor risk and thus a Challenging grade.
