STRs are explicitly allowed in Breaux Bridge's C-3 Downtown Business District via recent Ordinance #2300, with a low-regulation environment featuring simple online business licensing and no specific STR caps or complex permitting requirements. The regulatory framework is clear and supportive, though limited to a specific zoning area rather than citywide permission.
