Eastman has no local STR ordinance; STRs are permissible under standard residential/mixed-use zoning with no city permits, fees, caps, or inspection mandates. The only meaningful compliance is Georgia’s sales and local lodging tax registration and remittance, which is routine and not a meaningful barrier.
