Norwich Regulations

STRs are not explicitly allowed by Norwich zoning and no enacted city ordinance exists, leaving operation reliant on uncertain Zoning Enforcement Officer discretion and exposed to cease‑and‑desist action; absent city permits/fees but state 15% occupancy tax adds cost.
