Red Feather Lakes Regulations

STRs are allowed countywide but Red Feather Lakes has a 250-foot separation requirement and many costly/complex steps (pre-app, 60-day referral, detailed submittals, life-safety inspections, and high fees up to $1,000). Strict enforcement (3 strikes, neighbor notifications) and operational mandates (24/7 manager within 1 hour) create notable compliance burden and investment risk.
