Generally Investor friendly
Hosted STRs are allowed citywide with moderate licensing and no night caps, while un-hosted whole-home STRs are permitted only downtown, with a 120-night cap, two-night minimum, and higher fees. The process is clear and reasonably accessible, but zoning limits, cap on un-hosted, and biannual renewals make it less investor-friendly than a pure A.
