Challenging to Investors

Bell Gardens Regulations

STRs appear technically permissible but lack clear local regulatory framework, requiring direct consultation with city authorities to verify zoning compliance and obtain any necessary permits. The absence of specific city regulations creates uncertainty about operational requirements, caps, or restrictions that could significantly impact investment viability.
