Generally Investor friendly
Short‑term rentals are allowed under the “tourist home” use in multi‑family districts (R‑4, R‑5, R‑6) and require standard building/occupancy permits, a local business license, and state lodging/sales tax—no city‑specific STR permit is identified. The process is general rather than STR‑specific and imposes manageable fees, zoning standards, and safety code compliance, with no explicit caps beyond those general rules.
