Generally Investor friendly
Short‑term rentals are permitted in Atmore, but the city’s specific licensing, zoning, caps and inspection rules are not detailed, leaving investors to navigate unknown local compliance requirements while state‑level permits and taxes are straightforward; the absence of known hard caps or prohibitive fees keeps the environment friendly but adds moderate risk.
