Generally Investor friendly
STRs are allowed in Sutton (and subject to state/borough rules), but investors must obtain an Alaska business license and verify borough zoning/building-code compliance. No hard caps are in force and enforcement appears routine, though permitting and compliance steps add moderate complexity.
