Very Investor friendly
Seldovia has no specific STR ordinances, making STRs effectively permitted citywide without caps, strict zoning limits, or special fees. The main requirements are a simple municipal business license plus standard state lodging, sales, and business registrations—minimal compliance burden. While future changes could add risk, the current environment is highly investor-friendly.
